Qualifications:
B. Sc. Quantity Surveying – the University of Port Elizabeth and a registered Professional Construction Project Manager. Professional Registered QS with SACQSP.
Experience:
After completing his studies he joined a private practice in 1989. He became a member of the closed corporation in 1995. He co-founded iQS in October 2002.
Woela van Niekerk
Qualifications:
B. Sc. Quantity Surveying – University of Port Elizabeth and a Diploma in Property Development and Management. Professional Registered QS with SACQSP.
Experience:
Employed by a construction company and a private practice before he joined a private practice in 1989. He became a member of the closed corporation in 1995. He co-founded iQS in October 2002.
Fanie Bruwer
Qualifications:
National Diploma in Building Science – Cape Technikon
Experience:
Completed his studies at the end of November 1996, joined a private practice thereafter and joined iQS in October 2002. He became a director of iQS in 2017.
Hein Hanekom
Qualifications:
Degree of Baccalaureus Technology – Cape Technikon
Experience:
Joined a private practice after receiving his diploma in December 2003. Completed his studies and received his degree at the end of December 2006 and joined iQS in May 2008. He became a director of iQS in 2017.
Heinrich Mouton
Qualifications:
B. Sc. Quantity Surveying (Hons) – University of Free State. Professional Registered QS with SACQSP.
Experience:
Completed his studies at the end of December 2011, joined iQS in January 2016. He became a director of iQS in 2021.
Wilmar van Niekerk

Experience:
Completed his studies at the end of December 2016, joined iQS in January 2017. He became an associate of iQS in 2024.
